Nurse Practitioner

It is extremely important to listen to patients and include them in
their plan of care. I explain all treatment options and work with each
patient to choose the best option for his or her lifestyle. I chose to go into health care because I enjoy helping people. Even as a little girl, I took care of people and animals. I used to give my childhood dog insulin shots when she became diabetic. Patients should bring a list of any questions they have and a current list of medications. They can expect me to truly listen to their concerns and go home with a plan to address their issues. I spend my free time chasing after my toddler, reading, hiking and camping.
